Pros

I was with Met for several years. I think they foster a sincere atmosphere of integrity and wanting to do the best for their clients.

Cons

Too many systems, too much bureaucracy, too much emphasis on internal reporting. So much of my job had to do with internal BS when it should have been spent strategizing and executing on behalf of my client. Also, certain employees seem to be preselected for advancement, negating opportunities for the office as a whole. Sometimes posting a job was a charade and sometimes wasn't even bothered with.

Remote work and flex time.

Cons

Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
