Business outlook
Pros
One positive is the pace of work is very easy going, and I very rarely have to work late. The facilities themselves are nice, and all of my coworkers are quite friendly.
Cons
Quite a boring job. I read on here it's a place for the type b people and I would have to agree. There are so many levels of management you have to wonder if people just create work to keep themselves in good graces.

We appreciate your feedback and happy to hear that you've experienced many of the positives MetLife has to offer. We are also sorry that you are feeling bored on the job and would recommend exploring the MetLife MyLearning Portal, which offers employees a vast curriculum as well as other resources to support their professional growth and development.
Good support for new people
managers were very helpful and always available
Cons
Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it
Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time
Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down.
Unrealistic call times
Systems are horrible and crashing all the time
expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
