      Pros

      The individuals you work with on a daily basis are typically very supportive, easy to work with and will take time to help you out. Good work environment.

      Cons

      Leadership preaches about valuing the client/customer and being customer centric but always puts the bottom line first. Most decisions are made through a financial lens.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
