Worst company I have ever worked in for the last 10 years- high turnover - Payroll Department MetCap Living Employee Review

No work life balance at all, will need to work for more than 40 hours OT per week . Year end working is ridiculous . No harassment policy in place. Coe workers and Managers disrespect each other. Loads of turnover in the department, still uses unorthodox methods, no authority in decision making, zero cultural values. please do apply for any position as it will not a viable long term position. You will end up being sick and traumatized .
