      If you do good work you will have lots of exposure and opportunity to high level substantive work. Good healthcare.

      Cons

      Limited training and development opportunities for young associates. Overall, Messner has no awareness or care about an attorney's competency, professionalism, or quality of work product. Equity partners are clique. Poorly organized. Give to much power to non-attorneys who don't understand what attorney's do.

      Great opportunity to grow in your career. No glass ceiling, artificial timelines for promotion, or management committees. You can be promoted at any time, based solely on your work.

      Cons

      This is not the place for non-self starters or those without work ethic. You are responsible for your own files.
