      Pros

      I could not recommend M13 more to any job seekers out there. The culture, empathy, care and compassion we have on our team is truly something I have never experienced before at any company I've worked for. We have the most beautiful workspace and all of the partners truly care about all of us and treat us like family. Best perks too!

      Pros

      Some great people who are not on the leadership team. But most of them have left already.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with leaders who are not engaged and do not care about employee retention or doing the right thing. Mass exodus by women and people of color this year. Fundraising is a struggle as well.
