      the co-workers (not leadership) are the best part of the company

      Pros

      Some great people who are not on the leadership team. But most of them have left already.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with leaders who are not engaged and do not care about employee retention or doing the right thing. Mass exodus by women and people of color this year. Fundraising is a struggle as well.
