- Corporate Office is new and updated with many amenities. - Free Individual employee healthcare - Plenty of overtime work for hourly employees. - Carefree work environment. - Job Security with a constantly growing business. - Opportunity to be promoted out of entry level position.
Cons
- Long Hours (Every Full time Employee is required to work 7:30am to 5:00pm and every other Saturday from 7:30am to 12:00pm) - Family Healthcare plans are expensive. - Poor communication from Leadership. - Yearly raises are less then cost of living. - Pay/Salary favors how long you been with company then the value you actually bring. - Recognition and appreciation is rarely given from management.
