      The pay is good and people are decent

      Cons

      Paid by the trip and never know how much you made each day. Paycheck seems made up in the end. Use cameras to stalk and threaten drivers which is the exact reason theyre always hiring. Use super single tires which are dangerous and go no where in the snow in order to carry more load weight, yet preach safety.
