Pros

The only pro I can think of is being able to work from my home 3-4 times out of the week.

Cons

They sell you the dream during interview, but this place is so mismanaged. The leadership here is horrendous and the worst I've ever experienced. There is no foundation, structure, and poor communication in all departments. They have a "no jerks" policy - but all leadership are jerks and just out for themselves. The enablement and onboarding support is very surface level and does not set you up for success. They are laying people off behind closed doors and are not being transparent on the reasons. I would advise not trusting HR and recording/document everything even if you think you won’t need it. Steer clear from this place, and don't give into the lies or the hype. There's also a lack of diversity the only place you’ll see diversity is in entry level positions not upper management
