      Pros

      I am a full time employee worked almost for 9 months in Mesprosoft Pvt Ltd. It is very tough to get a fresher job in the market for SAP but Mesprosoft is one of the companies giving opportunity for freshers as well as experienced for uplifting employee careers. Dedicated persons will always have bright career for fulfilling their dreams. Especially I am very thankful for my team leader who supported all time. Also I am thankful to my delivery head for supporting me.

      Poor employee redressal and frequent onsite travels if required

      no pros in my short tenure in this company, also i could name people and the problem face by them. also the bad working environment created by 1 man. hopefully my animosity for this company is heard and people get warned.

      one man decision making, vinod nitoor , ceo, should not be the whole and sole dcsn maker, it is run as a normal marwari business, no cafeteria, bathrooms not perfect, no employee engagement activity. Worst possible HR, salary not regular, meagre salary to many employees. worst possible building to house a office, no guard.
