The founders humility sets the tone for the entire organization, I’ve never seen a CEO who washes the dishes in the office and a CTO who maintain the cleanliness of the office, fostering an environment where collaboration and support thrive, their genuine nature inspires me, it’s the kind of leadership where service and humility stands out. From day one, I've been amazed by how employees go out of their way to help each other in any way possible, embodying the true spirit of teamwork without politics. Like any other start ups, benefits are not very strong yet but we are working on it, if someone’s goal is personal growth and progression, this is the right place to thrive and be exposed to boundless opportunities for learning. But if you are looking for posh environment, and entitlement on expensive resources, this is not the right place for you because this environment embodies simplicity and core values on humility, honesty, accountability, responsibility, stewardship and service mentality is evident towards each other.
