Supportive environment, strong emphasis on work/life balance, competitive salary, room for advancement and feel valued by the attorneys I work with. It’s a busy firm but the case load is manageable.

Terrible PTO policy. Lack of management. Toxic working environment. Manager has zero leadership skills. High turnover of staff. Attorneys are narcissistic and don’t care about clients, only money. Employees are tense and on edge. Older staff throw tantrums if you step on their “turf.” Overall was not a pleasant working environment.
