Pros
I loved the team members I worked with and our boss, you could tell he was backed into a corner and didn't enjoy it but he is a great person at heart.
Cons
Before I even made it to my interview, my soon-to-be boss asked a current co-worker if "I had a big rack" if that puts things into focus. During my interview, I was told, "I don't know if I should really hire you, because you're a woman." I was the only female in my profession within Mesa, I was continuously passed over for pay increases when I was in the field while my male field engineer in my district received a $2/hr raise. I was seriously injured and HR would take their time or give clouded answers and "I don't knows". Very inefficient and the entire company is full of nepotism issues. SEVERELY underpaid in the region for the job (more that a $15/hr difference). The company continuously proves to you that they cannot be trusted, cannot manage their teams and everything comes down to our stock prices and nothing more. I have worked for great companies in the past, I know exactly what a failing business model looks like and this is most definitely one of them. Acquisition does not make you great if you cannot manage those assets properly. Continuous issues with customer service have lead to customers now "jumping ship". 24/7 support is exactly the opposite, there is no heart in the customer service provided and management should be absolutely ashamed for the Auschwitz-esque environment they have created for their employees. The one positive review, entitled "Mesa" was very clearly written by management in an indecent attempt to increase their score here on GlassDoor. Shame on you.
