      Pros

      Close knit group of people. Very friendly and understanding coworkers. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Bad management. Everything is unorganized and career structure is unclear. A small company in the process of becoming big means a lot of growing pains. HR is very behind on everything, no annual salary review. Don’t see much career development because there’s no clear departmental structure at all.

      The people were great to work with, Easy job

      Cons

      Some leads were great but some were acting as if they own the company, wanting to over work and burn out employees, NO job security, poor management.
