Pros
Working as an intern, the glimpse I got into company culture was a very positive one. My department had emphasis on work-life balance where out-of-hours response was not at all expected and even discouraged. My pay as an intern was quite high comparatively and what I learned of pay in other departments was higher than average as well. The beginning of the implentation of DEI was encouraging and I hope that program continues to grow and improve the workplace. Empahsis was placed on accessibility and diversity in job searches as well which I respected. The exec suite was very approachable and kind, making me included throughout the summer. Employees from all departments were open to teaching me their skill set and job so that I could have the most educational experience possible.
Cons
There is a big emphasis on sales depending on what your department is, but that is expected for pharmaceuticals.
