Definitely some friendly, supportive people in different areas of the business.
Cons
Unreal expectations with no clear direction. Will not listen to the subject matter experts in their respective fields, ownership acts like they are too good to come down and talk to the employees in a respectful level. Ownership is abusive, demeaning and overall disrespectful to employees. Micromanaging employees even when the management doesn’t know what they want or need. Spying on employees etc….
