A little dirty given the material you work with

Mersen became a platform for me to explore different function like accounting, supply chain, and project management. It also helped me decide which path should I take moving forward.

It felt like we are functional differently compare to what a plant should be like. My position contains bits and pieces from a lot of different department. It's okay at first because I wanted to learn a lot but as a growth factor, not really. I will never become an expert in any of these departments.
