      The are a few friendly people in the office

      Cons

      Extremely rude and unhelpful management team. CEO is not friendly and there is no real onboarding. You will spend a couple days meeting different people but then left in the dust to teach yourself about Merritt and your job role. The culture is toxic and you will not be successful unless you are a part of the Merritt Clique. HR will tell you that the bad reviews you read and see are because of their high shop turnover rate but that isn't true

      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.
