      Pros

      Great family owned company. Management is always open to new ideas and growing the business. CEO always makes himself available to lend a hand or share his knowledge to help employees learn and develop. The culture is great and many of the employees spend time together outside of the office. Very relaxing atmosphere.

      I don't feel there are any cons to share.

      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.
