Pros
After working in a different financial job for 6 years, I made the move to Merriman. The way this company has supported me as an employee has been incredible. Genuine care for your well-being, I've never been guilted if I've needed time off due to illness or a death in the family. 3. Encouragement to pursue growth in your job. They want to help you grow with the company. 4. Incredible culture and principles that are truly a part of the work ethic of each individual. 5. Really fun ways we celebrate any achievements which creates an uplifting environment. 6. The benefits are pretty incredible and show how much the company values its employees.
Cons
The company is going through some growing pains, which means currently lots of changes to procedures. If you struggle with flexibility in adapting procedures this could be difficult.
