Management is a joke. Majority of people think they’re experts at someone else’s job. The lack of professionalism and respect among employees is sadly astounding. The culture is basically high school with the “popular kids” dominating and pointing fingers at those who don’t “fit in.” Favoritism is blatantly obvious… particular individuals dress and act in a way to attract male attention or attend “two hour trainings” behind closed doors with directors to get promoted. The culture is toxic and sadly so because this place could have tremendous potential.
