      They do provide a paycheck, and in this economy it that is a plus. However if you have an alternative to working for Merrill Gardens you should take it.

      Cons

      Upper management is populated with mean spirited sociopaths. The corporate culture is disgusting. Promotions are based on nepotism,The company is busy cutting staff hours and services to residents in an attempt meet unrealistic financial projections.

      The resident’s and the opition for a free meal.

      Cons

      Managment. Covershifts. Retaliatory tactics. Some uncaring coworkers who would still keep their job. Favoritism. Lack of help at times. No chance for advancement if you're not favored. Very expensive health benefits.
