Depressing mess - Carpenter Merric Employee Review

Management is clueless, engineering department constantly makes mistakes, employees are treated poorly, builders are expected to make up for everyone else's failings, mediocre pay, owners micro-manages everything and harasses shop employees about going to the bathroom too early or too often, many other cons to this job. Many current employees are tired of the way things are going and currently looking for new jobs or leaving.
