this is a great company to work for. The managers treat you well, the schedule is flexible for what you need, and the work environment is fun

I can not think of any con's.

I enjoy the laid back environment of the workplace. Part of this is due to the fact that it is not a corporate business. Management is willing to work with employees schedule, which is helpful being a student in college. As a driver, pay is minimum wage, but tips help greatly.

Employees with the title of manager do not have the power higher up management has, that is rarely present. This can make for some frustration while trying to resolve issues.
