Pros

The sales training was over complicated for the sale, but that and the free cereal was the only thing I benefited from this business.

Cons

Merlin COUlD be a great company, you have some strong leaders and you have some very strong dictators. You have a commission based position that is one of the hardest sales ever because everyone you call has already been involved with Merlin. They either hate Melrin, or they have no idea they actually have any account because of all the shady crap that goes on. You are driven to dial hundreds of calls per day and you have absolutely no way to track your sales. It’s a absolute nightmare and not one manager will tell you the same thing about policies. They say the have great culture, what culture!? The most culture you will get is from the hoard of 18 yr old kids going outside on the exact 9am 11am and 1pm breaks to go smoke and talk crap on the managers. If you like underpay for over work you will love Merlin.
