Low cost lunches (0.25). Break time pastries, cold cereal, drinks are free. Majority of your coworkers are friendly. On site dental office.
Cons
Mediocre 401K, very poor pension plan, raises and reviews are non-existent. Owners manage by intimidation, so most employees try to scatter like roaches when they are around. Owners are judgemental and quick to blame others for all the company's ills.
