Pros
Lunch is $0.25 and food is fairly good, morning break hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and pastries along with coffee, tea and other beverages. Employees store discounts. Most of your co-workers are really nice.
Cons
No coffee allowed at your desk, negative signs everywhere, tattletales always willing to get you in trouble, tons of rules, no grace period on time clock, employees are spoken to like they're children. If you are more than one minute late the day after a holiday, you won't get paid for the holiday. Morale is very low. New ideas aren't considered. Many people are still using Microsoft Office 2003. Everyone talks about how great the company used to be. Most people haven't had a raise in 10 years. A toxic environment.
