Pros
The partners were great, Tammi was a great advocate for staff. They listened to our ideas, and held meetings. Leh and Bob were positive and encouraged positivity amongst the entire firm.
Cons
There were more than a few employees who caused major issues and drama within the firm that were seen yet never reprimanded. There is no room for growth at one of the offices- Midtown due to the negative attorneys/staff. They did not give raises when they promised to give them.
