Worst Company And Tech Management is very poor - Software Developer Meritto Employee Review

There are no management skills how to run team and how to manage work actually CTO have no idea how to run work. Not supporting team. When i joined this company then i read the review where some are good or some are Very Bad, then i decided to join with confidence. But finally I realized Good review was posted by management. And you can see if your are seeing any negative review then also see some positive review. Means positive review is from management side. They are treat you as labour and they mentally harass you and say he will fire you. So no job security here. There is no time management and they hire you for 9 hours but they given work you for 12 hours. Senior comes late in office, if you want to go back to your home after 9 hours completed then they will see you like "where are you going.........". If your are not working according to team hours they give you warning for PIP. PIP is Performance Improvement Plan until you are a good Employee.
