Meritor WABCO is not a good place for an engineer - Test Engineer Meritor WABCO Employee Review

Meritor WABCO is a sales organization created to sell WABCO (Germany) products in US. There is no product development being done at Meritor WABCO. Engineering department has limited technical information available from WABCO-Germany and this makes the job of application engineers very challenging. Management is focused on sales departments and does not value the supporting work of engineering department (application engineering). Promotions are almost inexistent. Test engineering is limited to some system calibration (ABS, ESC) for different truck applications. The main focus of the test group remains technical product demonstrations for various customers.
