Pros
Smart, hard working, decent people at manager level and below. Pay very well even though inconsistently.
Cons
Underwhelming leadership that encourage people to act badly. Male oriented. They allow part of the company to leave early on Fridays but most people have to stay - very odd policies and treatment of people.
