      Pros

      Leadership is awesome. The Recruiting Manager is insightful, smart and supportive. He always makes sure we have plenty of new opportunities for work on exciting jobs. They really care about our team members. We go on fun excursions and always have lots of food in the office. Pay is excellent and there is always another way we can make more money if we work hard.

      Cons

      We work long hours and sometimes our clients don't appreciate the amount of effort it takes to support them.

      Pros

      I love the fact that you can learn a lot working for this company with new challenges, and a friendly environment. You have opportunities and ability to move up in the business if you strive for it as well

      Cons

      I have not experienced any negatives. If I have an issue, I feel I am heard by my manager and we come up with a solution.

      Pros

      Working as a contractor is easy and not too complex

      Cons

      No benefits whatsoever. Not even after 6,8,10, or 12 months. No sick leave, medical plans, workers comp. Nothing. It's simple at least: you don't work, you don't get paid.
