Commission based job, if one can achieve target he can earn a lot.
Cons
Only sales based industry no focus on marketing. Abusive language of team leaders makes a bad environment to work in. Pressure on achieving targets. Only 1-day rotational week off . No future growth since one will be at same position even after working 2 years.
