      Pros

      Meritan really believes in it's mission and providing all clients and employees the best for both. The company has been name a top workplace in Memphis for 4 years in a row and recently received the top award for Flexible Worklife balance. It offers unique benefits to its employees. The President of the company is hands on and understands "life happens" and life emergencies.

      Cons

      As with all employers, the cost of health insurance premiums continue to rise, but that is everywhere. Other than than, there are no other cons.

      IT department is very laid back with very little work to be done

      Cons

      So slow that it's draining just trying to look busy. If management doesn't like you, they will lie in order to get rid of you. That's in every department
