Lots of good benefits- Earn about 12 PTO hours a month, tuition reimbursement, financial incentives to exercise, several health insurance options to choose from. Interesting and very challenging work.
Cons
Plymouth office is unfriendly- nobody seems to smile and talk. A recent re-org designed to make the levels between the customer and senior leadership has resulted in really busy and inaccessible upper level management. TPA is a complicated business and those who have been there know the business inside and out, outsiders coming in have several hurdles to clear and you have to be very pro-active in getting your training needs met in order to clear those hurdles. Some mid-level managers can be very critical and harsh, she/he has made others cry, people transfer out of the department to get away from him/her, etc.
