Pros

Decent hours, acceptable commission split, decent healthcare

Cons

Sales manager had poor communication skills and poor time management. Would hold three hour meetings that went nowhere that could cover everything in a 30 minute meeting. Couldn’t coordinate properly to have models properly staged. Sales manager and division manager wanted their reps to take agents out but not reimburse them. They also don’t train new hires on their operations process.

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
