      Pros

      Pay was decent if your manager liked you enough to give you work.

      Cons

      Bullying and harrassment by management, higher management did not listen to concerns of this. Absolutely no room to grow. Management did not know simple skills needed for the job such as creating excels or dealing with customer escalations.

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
