Core values are just lip service Severe lack of integrity Managers and support staff are ineffective, narrow minded, and micromanage the team Cross selling (Mass Selling) culture that does not work , instead causes mass confusion, inconsistency, and lack of integrity amongst the team. Favoritism of management towards some of the sales team causes lack of trust ,lack of being heard , as well as lack of opportunities Support staff has bad attitudes , also show favoritism ,and are hard to work with.
