      Great pay Great work from home policy Tons of autonomy My direct report is gracious, understanding, but also demands excellence. And she's approachable. Execs know who you are and appreciate you Company has a vision that is communicated to employees Good work environment and atmosphere Good treats in the office. Very nice office.

      Core Values are not always adhered to when it comes to some hiring and how a very few executives treat others, but this is typically a major exception

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
