There's some freedom in menu development. The staff are all amazing people and create a true family atmosphere. Set schedule.
Cons
Zero flexibility. Extremely below market pay. No benefits. Egotistical owners who can be emotionally unstable. Only hiring "green" talent, and then low ball them on their starting wage. Management team is expected to put in at least 60 hrs/week, without any tangible benefits. No work/life balance.
