Great people to work with that help you get used to the place and management is really relaxed.

The only problem with this job is that you cannot live off it if you are per diem or contract. The hours are so irregular that you need to get another job to support yourself.

Great place to begin your career and learn the industry. Coworkers are team players and willing to help each other.

No training at all; mostly ad-hoc shadowing and asking a lot of questions to learn for yourself. A lot of micromanaging because upper management does not trust staff to get the job done. Too many managers and not enough people doing meaningful work. No employee retention plan whatsoever - the annual reviews aren't taken seriously and there is no goal setting which means you almost never get a pay increase or promotion. No room to grow; dead end job. Terrible benefits especially considering it's a healthcare company.
