Pros
Pretty chill place to work for, relaxed environment. 3 weeks of vacation starting, 11 paid holidays, and sick time that they don't make you jump through hoops to use. You can listen to music while working, in one ear. No mandatory overtime
Cons
Pretty basic health insurance where you have to pay half your Max out of Pocket before they cover anything but preventative care. They don't really explain the dental insurance well. The vision insurance is a rebate that you pay more to have it than will benefit. They limit optional overtime pretty heavily.
