      Under qualified upper management, everybody who doesn’t even deserve is VP at the company, upper management only care about traveling to nice places and spend company’s money unnecessarily..

      Pros

      Dedicated employees, meaningful work, strong technical talent, and a collaborative environment focused on product.

      Cons

      Communication between leadership and the production floor can sometimes be indirect, resulting in assumptions, delays, and avoidable rework. More hands-on engagement from management would improve efficiency and alignment. Raises are practically nonexistence. Whatever salary you start, be sure to be happy with it for the next few years or be prepare to switch company.
