      Pros

      A company with good business ethics and a company made up of good people. Outstanding health benefits with a low premium. In addition, the deductible is low, and the employer pays half of it for you. 401K, dental and pet insurance. Upper management extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, and readily available when in need of guidance. This company appreciates their employees, and makes it a point to let them know that they are an important part of the team.
