Pros
Excellent mentorship. Started directly out of college and was promoted within 1 1/2 years with the company to a Manager's position. Free housing for Managers. Pay, benefits and vacation time are excellent. I like working for a company that takes an active interest in making me as successful as possible. They encourage forward thinking and expect you to contribute to the success of the business.
Cons
When you start with the company, you have to work some Saturdays. But you eventually get promoted (if you are a talented marketing and management professional) and then you don't have to worry about working weekends anymore.
