* There are no positives to describe about this company. *Anybody who work like slaves, anybody who listens to Management (This company belongs to Baniyas, these are blood suckers and they only one thing in mind. . . put people under deep stress. *All their family members are the Directors. And you coming from IIM, IIT , Or holding experience doesnt matter before these dumb family Directors who are running the show. *Anybody who agrees to the terms and conditions even if they are not acceptable they will be retained and such people work for more than 10 years and they may retire in same company. Only Dumb people stay in such company for long time. * About Salary *****Guys please be very very careful about this aspect. This company has drawn and policies which are very very strict, for Example: If u r late by even a minute ur salary for that particular Day is deducted, u cant leave early in case of emergency. . . if u leave again ur salary will be deducted. * Guys There are other good companies in same industry.. . .I'm cautioning you. Please dont spoil ur career, Peace, Ur hard earned and Work life balance by joining this company. * Many people have left this company after experiencing there worst treatment and worst policies which are not favorable to work.

* Join this company if u want to forgo ur peace, Happiness, ur salary, ur growth. *No matter what u will not be recognised. even if u achieve 100% Target, ur marketing and sales boss will get an opportunity to travel around the world. *It looks u r work hard, u put efforts to achieve target and ur Marketing Boss enjoys the fruit, enjoying with his family tavelling different countries, such a suckers these people are and also shameless. *This Baniya Management finds a ways to put holes in ur pcoket by finding a ways to deduct some part ur salary by giving some stupid reasons.
