Absolutely nothing - this was a miserable experience. Many of these positive reviews are written by management to overwrite the negative ones from true admin staff. Absolute dysfunction and the organization should be ashamed of themselves.

Gaslighting by management Zero transparency Micromanaging to the point of production standstill Extremely high turnover Absolutely no direction - you're given your computer and outdated 'policies' and expected to keep up Excessive and unnecessary acronyms and meetings Overly stressed employees fired or leaving without notice at the drop of a hat
