Pros
Self management with very little supervision. Easy to work with direct manager that truly cares about his people. Good health care benefits.
Cons
No support resources. No cross functional groups. Lack of accountability throughout the organization. Roles and responsibilities are not published or know within the organization. Top level management at the plant often belittles and demeans subordinates publicly. Most of the OEE reports are manipulated to appear better than actual. Hostile work environment.
