      Has the potential to be good if you scrap management and start again

      Cons

      No one is happy (other than management) who despite getting negative feedback in glint and constructive advice from people choosing to leave think everything is amazing and celebrate the good colleagues resigning because then no one is complaining any more.

      New CEO that has totally changed the culture. Room for career growth and positive feedback and support from upper management. Excellent work/life balance.
